We have a busy schedule of family activities at the museum from weekend crafts to school holiday artist led workshops and we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us run them! A typical volunteering session will involve helping with the set up and clear down of the activity and assisting the museum staff and/or artist with running the event for visitors. Our family friendly activities can be anything from cutting and sticking crafts to screen printing to clay workshops, but don't worry if you aren't too crafty, we are just looking for someone who enjoys giving things a try and doesn't mind the possibility of getting a bit messy! Want to get involved a bit more by taking your volunteering a step further? We have plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in areas that interest you. - We can support you to develop your own craft activities or free workshops of your own. - We can offer mentorship and networking opportunities to help you develop your creative practice to generate
